We are a group of "theatre" technicians, committed to serving the community by supporting their activities. We are particularly affiliated with the Church community.

Our members span a diverse range of technical skills and styles, working together to provide a unique service mainly to the community of South Australia (at times all across Australia). This is evidenced by the variety of events in which we have been involved in the past, including:

• National Christian Youth Convention 1985, 1995, 1997, 2005
• Kids Camp Out (every year since its inception in 1978)
• Induction of the Archbishop of Adelaide
• National Baptist Convention
• Adelaide Band Festival
• National Women's Conference
• Community Carols nights at venues all over Adelaide
• and many other events (approx 50-100 per year)

Uniting Technology, or UT, is an incorporated body, and is run by a committee of core members. The committee meets regularly in addition to the monthly general meetings.
